Aug 2025 - Ed Specs completed, design process started

Dec 2025 - Applications submitted

Jun 2026 - permits completed

Aug 2026 - Construction begins

Jun 2027 - Begin Remodel Old School

Aug 2027 - Move into new school

NAC Architecture has been selected as the architect to manage the project

Bi-weekly meetings are being held with board members and NAC to coordinate design of the new building.

Selection of Construction Manager

RFQ for construction manager

Construction Services Group (CSG) has been selected to manage the construction of the new school. CSG is a program of Education Services District (ESD 112.

Ed Spec Document

Schematic Design Is in Progress

At the special meeting on Monday, Nov 24, 2025, at 6 pm at the Orchard Prairie School, NAC described the progress on the design of the school. These renderings show the current design.

Historic Preservation of Old School

The Spokane Preservation Advocates has volunteered to help put the old Orchard Prairie School House on a historic register. On Saturday, July 26, 2025, this group of volunteers removed the vinyl siding in preparation for restoring the original siding and painting.
